We hear stories from people about why they do not like using a travel agent due to experiences. Things like “They ripped me off and didn’t give me what I actually wanted”, “They are only in it for the commission and pick places that were not good to get more commission”, “They never listened to me”, “They never responded to me, or helped me when we had issues” and other items. We are different Travel Agents with a different agency that truly values our customers and prides ourselves with the many 5 star reviews for us and the agency in general. Here are some of the promises we make if you give us the privilege of working with you!

1. We will listen to your needs from the beginning. Give us a call, send us an email and we will listen!

2. We will give you multiple options at different price ranges so you can choose what meets your needs as long as they exist.

3. We will not sugar coat the pricing and availability if there are issues with the request and we will do our best to find solutions. 

4. We will do our very best to find deals and discounts for our customers but that might not always be possible. 
 
5. We will be there for our customers during the trip if anything goes awry as we have for many satisfied customers who called us while on a trip trying to find a ride service, a client who lost his passport and we guided him to get a temporary passport in a more off the beaten path country and many more. We are your mission control for your adventure! While we cannot control everything, we will do all we can so you can have a great trip!
 
6. Our services are FREE! With us you get access to all our experiences, connections and knowledge. We are a husband-wife team so you get both of us to assist in planning your adventure. 
 
7. We can handle as much or as little as you want for your trip. Just want us to book a hotel or rental car? No problem! You want us to plan a fully customized trip for you? Also no problem we have done all of the above and more and will not pressure you to book more. We are here to help in a stress free environment!
 
8. We will continue to learn and grow to help you book the best trip possible. We are constantly taking training courses or attending presentations to learn and checking out destinations, resorts and travel companies ourselves to be able to help you find the best possible vacation.
 
9. Most of all we are you partners in travel and deeply care about anyone who gives us the chance to book your trip. We love to travel and to learn about different people’s and cultures. We want you to enjoy your trip just like we do when we travel to a new place! 
 

Help us Help You - Some Appreciated Items

1. Please give us as much information as you can so we can do our best to plan the best trip possible! If you don’t know where or how you want to travel yet? No problem! Let us know what you are looking to do or what you enjoy and we can help!

2. Please do not “Leave us Hanging”! We work very hard for our clients and will always put in a lot of effort to help you plan the best trip possible. We are only    paid when you book your trip with us! Getting our help and then “Ghosting” us afterwards is not good for either party as we did not get paid for the time and  work we put into your trip and you are missing out the help we can give throughout your trip! This happens from time to time to us, so PLEASE don’t be that          client! It’s always FREE to use our services so let us finish up the process and be compensated for our time! 

3. We are not miracle workers! We do absolutely everything we can to make your trip happen, but if it’s during peak travel season for a region and it’s a very last minute trip there we might not be able to find a cruise, guided travel tour, hotel room or other items in your price range no matter how hard we try. So please be understanding with us as we try our best!

4. We do not set the prices as that is all set by the companies we are working with. We will do the best we can to get you the best value we can!

5. No question is stupid! Ask us anything you want as it will help us plan better!

6. Consider using a small business Travel Agent even if you do not use our services! In a time were small businesses face competition from many different sources, we should all do what we can to support the “Little Guy” when doing business. So even if you do not use us for your travel needs, consider supporting small business and travel agents for your next adventure!
