Noodle Master in Pearland (they have other locations in the Houston, Texas area) is one of our favorite restaurants in Pearland and is a one of the best Chinese restaurants we have eaten at in all our travels. We eat there often and get takeout from there as well. As a child whenever I got sick my grandfather would bring me Wonton soup as something to help me get better. To this day I do the same and now I get my Spicy Wonton Soup from Noodle Master. The food is as fresh as you get with a window into the kitchen where they hand make the noodles for each order and the same for the Wontons. The food always comes out hot. They have a wide variety of dishes such as Chinese and Japanese Ramen, Stir Fry, soups, dumplings, noodles, appetizers, and specially made teas and coffees. In a day and age where it’s hard to find good deals at restaurants they have wonderful lunch specials where you can get chicken or beef dishes with rice and soup for $10-$12 from 11am to 3pm Monday – Friday.
Our Experiences
We have tried many different dishes at Noodle Master, and they have all been great! We have had both Chinese and Japanese Ramen and they are delicious and we have tried several different appetizers like the Spicy Edamame and the Sweet and Sour Cucumber Slices. Our personal favorite dishes since we like Szechuan Style cooking is the Dry Fried Spicy Popcorn Chicken. It’s spicy and delicious. If you want something a little less Spicy then the Genral Tso’s Chicken is a great option. There is so much to choose from we have not tried it all! The portion sizes are very large so in many cases we can make two meals off of our meals. It’s a truly great value when many places are cutting portion sizes or raising prices high.
The staff is wonderful and extremely friendly. The service is always great with them being very attentive to anything you might want or need. They keep the restaurant VERY clean as I have seen them cleaning everything including the window into the kitchen. They are very open about the quality and time they put into their dishes so you can look into the kitchen from your table and see them hand making noodles and freshly making your soup. They also will get your takeout orders quickly. It is the kind of small business restaurant with hard working staff that you will want to come back and support!

Airline Dining Programs
For ourselves and our fellow travelers out there another huge bonus and how we found Noodle Master is there are multiple Airline Dining Programs out there that Noodle Master is part of. We are part of many Airline dining programs and the way they work is you register your credit card with the dining program and your Airline Miles/Rewards account, and you can earn up to 5 Miles/Points per dollar spent. You just use your registered credit card, and the miles are put into your account after processing. If you are going out to eat AND you can earn extra miles while doing so to be able to travel more, it’s a great opportunity you shouldn’t miss. At Noodle Master it’s great food, a cultural experience and extra airline miles!
Remember though you can register each credit card with only ONE airline dining program. You cannot double dip as you can only earn points for one airline per dine. So, we register different cards with different airlines.
