Norwegian Sale
There is a sale going until September 5th for flight from October 31st to March 31st 2019. Norwegian is a low cost carrier so there will be extra fees for bags and seat assignments. They do not fly into Houston but you could fly them from another airport. There are fares to Europe as low as $169 one way. Check it out!
